All rental arrangements are between the guest and the property owner, with Travelers Incorporated facilitating the connection.
3. No Guarantee of Availability
All listings on this Site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Prices, dates, and property details are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed until confirmed in a written booking agreement. Photographs and descriptions are representative and may not reflect exact current conditions of any specific unit.
4. Booking and Payment
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Travelers Incorporated. Payment terms, including deposit amounts, payment schedules, and accepted methods, will be outlined in your booking confirmation. All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, meals, activities, travel insurance, or other expenses unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking date. Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. In general: cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund; cancellations within 60 days of check-in may be subject to forfeiture of some or all amounts paid. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for: complying with all resort rules and regulations; treating the property and its contents with reasonable care; reporting any damages or issues promptly; ensuring the number of occupants does not exceed the stated maximum; and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during their stay.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelers Incorporated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any booking made through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation in question. We are not responsible for acts of nature, government actions, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, listings, or information on the Site.
