ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a booking with Travelers Incorporated, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Payment Terms

The full rental price plus a 5% processing fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The processing fee covers booking facilitation, payment processing, and platform costs. Payment is processed via Stripe, and the full amount is charged as a single transaction to confirm your dates.

Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, meals, activities, resort fees, travel insurance, or any other expenses unless explicitly stated in the listing.

No Refund Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds are provided by default. Travelers Incorporated does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Voluntary cancellations for any reason, including change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. Early departures or late arrivals (no partial refunds are issued). No-shows. Flight cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions not covered by travel insurance. Dissatisfaction with the property. Weather or natural disasters.

Owner Discretionary Refunds

Refunds are solely at the complete and sole discretion of the property owner. If the owner elects to issue a refund (in whole or in part), Travelers Incorporated will facilitate the refund process. However, the 5% processing fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed, and you have no right or entitlement to demand a refund.

Processing Fee

The 5% processing fee charged on top of the rental price is non-negotiable and non-refundable. This fee is finalized at the moment of booking confirmation and is not returned under any circumstances, including cancellation of the booking, owner-approved refunds, or any other situation.

Name Changes

One name change is permitted per reservation, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. Name changes within 14 days of check-in are subject to resort approval and are not guaranteed. To request a name change, contact us at info@travelersincorporated.com.

Date Changes & Modifications

Date changes and reservation modifications are not permitted. Timeshare owners reserve specific weeks with their resort, and these dates cannot be altered once a rental agreement is in place.

Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances

In the event of a natural disaster, government-mandated travel ban, pandemic measures, or resort closure that makes it impossible to fulfill the reservation, Travelers Incorporated will work with the property owner toward a resolution, but refunds are not guaranteed. Cash refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations, and all resolutions are at the discretion of the property owner.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, and travel delay coverage. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of unexpected illness, medical emergencies, severe weather, airline disruptions, or other covered events. Insurance should be purchased within 14 days of booking for maximum coverage. Travelers Incorporated is not an insurance provider and cannot process insurance claims on your behalf.

Resort-Specific Policies

Individual resorts may have additional policies regarding check-in/check-out times, parking fees, resort fees, pet policies, and occupancy limits. These policies are set by the resort and are outside the control of Travelers Incorporated. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with all resort-specific rules.

Dispute Resolution

By completing a reservation, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Travelers Incorporated may result in collection action. Please reach out to us before initiating any payment disputes โ€” we want to work with you.
